Yes!? Us too! Are you looking to join a new team? We happen to be looking for someone to be the hub to our operations as our Office Manager & Marketing Coordinator! Reach out and let's see if we're a fit! While we take pest control and customer very seriously...we tend to be goofy and have a good time while doing it!

We are family owned & operated by 2 couples who also happen to be best friends. 2 of the 3 technicians you'll be supporting from central command (aka your home office) are the husbands of those couples. The ladies are usually off with their own careers but take care of whatever backup support is needed in the office and will be spending time with you to get you trained.

Duties: Customer Service

· Schedule customer renewal appointments

· Call to confirm customer appointments

· Answer calls & text messages from customers

· Follow up on jobs labeled for reschedule

· Follow up on open estimates

· Monitor e-mail inbox and reply accordingly

Duties: Accounts Receivable

· Collect & apply payments to customer accounts

· Collections on past due accounts

· Daily monitoring of completed jobs to ensure payment was collected

· Validate bank deposits align to payments received in Gorilla Desk

· Monthly aging reporting

· Pricing updates at renewal periods

Duties: Compliance

· Spot check completed jobs (check in/out, materials, payment, etc) – weekly tech incident report

· Manage bounced Phones & e-mails lists

· Manage expired/expiring credit cards

· Monthly Sales Tax Report

· Registry of Persons Requiring Prior Notification of Pesticides (monthly)

· Receipts – upload per policy when submitted by techs

· Month end reporting – categorize purchases to provide to accountant

· Monthly mileage report by tech/truck

· Manage commissions reports

Duties: Routing

· Schedule technician routes – schedule “next month” end of week 2 of current month

· Ensure customers with multiple services in same month are scheduled same day

· Rearrange schedule as needed based on add-ins & cancellations

Duties/Programs: Social Media & Marketing (training as needed)

· Sharing to Facebook groups per list (create/use a business-only profile for pages that do not allow direct sharing from business page)

· Training will be provided as needed on Facebook, Instagram, Meta Business, TikTok, Nextdoor and LinkedIn for our social media posting strategies.

· Use of Canva, CapCut and any other applicable tools for our social media content creation strategy.

· Updates to Google Business, Google Leads/Ads (per strategy) and responding to customer‘s Google reviews.

· Meta Ads campaigns according to agreed upon strategies

· Gorilla Desk – Pest Control Routing & Billing Platform

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
