Office Manager/ Medical Receptionist / Media Assistant

Advanderm Clinical Skin Care is a clinical Aesthetic and natural medicine office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated, customer service oriented, responsible professional to join our team. Medical Media experience necessary. Sales and phlebotomy experience is a plus!

Requirements:

  • Previous medical practice insurance billing experience a strong plus
  • Sales experience
  • Able to start IV and Phlebotomy
  • Strong EMR computer-skills and ability to quickly learn practice management software
  • Reliable Team player with friendly and outgoing personality
  • Great communication skills/ comfortable speaking to patients over the phone
  • Well spoken with outstanding professional and positive customer service skills
  • Friendly, punctual, and dependable
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without making mistakes

Job Summary:

Schedule appointments, check patients in and out of our offices, assist with patient care, collect payments, and more. We communicate with patients in-person and over the phone in a professional manner, offering warm-welcomes, pleasant smiles, and professional appearances.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone and email inquiries by providing key information to potential & existing clients.
  • Gain strong understanding of our services, treatments, and product line.
  • Schedule appointments using computerized scheduling software.
  • Communicate with patients in the office, while performing intake, insurance verification and check out tasks.
  • Engaging with patients, making them feel comfortable and welcome during their visit.
  • Handle documents with PHI, adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
  • Charging patients for treatments, services, and products without error.
  • Keeping rooms clean and restocked.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
