Office Manager (Russian Speaker)

Due to fast growth, we are looking for an Office Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities :

• Greet and assist clients, visitors with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Maintain a polished and welcoming environment.
• Manage appointments and schedules for sales managers and client meetings.
• Oversee daily office operations, including supplies management, facility maintenance, and vendor coordination.
• Act as a central point of contact between the sales team and other departments.
• Assist in scheduling team meetings, training sessions, and events.
• Assist in planning and coordinating promotional events, open houses, and VIP client visits.
• Ensure all marketing materials and displays are up-to-date and visually appealing.

What we are expecting from you:

• Proven experience in office management, customer service, or administrative roles, ideally in a sales or luxury environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
