Job Responsibilities
- Office Operations: Managing daily administrative activities, including mail distribution, answering phones, and serving as the primary point of contact for visitors.
- Facilities Management: Overseeing office maintenance, repairs, and security; managing relationships with vendors (cleaning, catering, IT); and organizing office layouts.
- Financial Administration: Managing the office budget, processing invoices, tracking expenses, and often handling payroll or basic bookkeeping.
- Staff Coordination & HR Support: Assisting with recruitment, onboarding new hires, maintaining employee records, and planning company events like retreats or holiday parties.
- Inventory Control: Monitoring and ordering office supplies, furniture, and equipment to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Systems Maintenance: Developing and implementing office policies, maintaining digital and paper filing systems, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Organizational Mastery: Exceptional ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal skills for liaising between employees, management, and external vendors.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of office software like the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace.
- Problem-Solving: A proactive, "can-do" mindset to handle unexpected issues, from technical glitches to facility emergencies.
- Discretion: The ability to handle confidential company and employee information with total professionalism.
- Education: While requirements vary, many roles prefer a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Salary: AED16,000 + ticket + allowance AED4,000 + Medical
