Well established construction contractor seeking Office Manager/Accountant.

Job duties will include:
· Accounts Payable (entering credit card receipts and bills, reconciling month end statements, paying bills)
· Reconciling bank and credit card accounts
· File Quarterly 941 and ESC taxes as well as year end 940, W-2's & 1099s
· Accounts Receivable (recording payments received and track payments per job)
· Maintaining check registers
· This is a front desk/reception position to include light phone answering.
· Payroll
· Certified Payroll Reports
· Billing
· Maintain employee records
· Subcontracts and contract modifications
· Other administrative duties to run the office and assist project managers
Skills/experience required for position:
· Accounting degree or strong accounting/bookkeeping background
· Minimum 3 years Quickbooks desktop experience
· 10 Key Proficient
· Typing (35 WPM minimum)
· Well versed in Office Suite
· Be able to multi-task or quickly shift from one task to another
Looking for someone to be with the company long-term. Office is located in South Anchorage. Remote work not available. Position begins July 6th.
Monday-Friday 8 hours/day
8 Paid holiday

Salary discussions begin at $35 DOE and health insurance needs.
Background check required.
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
