Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager/Accounting Manager to lead our administrative and financial operations. This role combines office management with accounting oversight, ensuring smooth daily operations, efficient scheduling, and accurate financial record-keeping.
Duties
- Manage daily bank reconciliation, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, ordering and managing equipment and inventory
- Supervise administrative staff and provide training & development opportunities to foster team growth and efficiency
- Handle vendor management by negotiating contracts, processing invoices, and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers and service providers
- Oversee bookkeeping activities using Acclamare or similar accounting software; ensure accurate recording of financial transactions
- Manage payroll processing, human resources functions including employee records, onboarding, and compliance with employment laws
- Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting to support strategic decision-making
- Coordinate event planning activities for company functions or community outreach initiatives

Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with supervisory responsibilities
- Must have Office Manager/bookkeeping experience
- Accounting experience and a business mind
- Strong proficiency in accounting software; solid bookkeeping skills
- Demonstrated experience in payroll processing and human resources functions
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Effective communication skills for interacting with staff, vendors, clients, and stakeholders
- Familiarity with scheduling management tools and multi-line phone systems
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and maintain professional integrity
Pay: $55,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
