Shiftly Auto is a fast-growing B2B automotive marketing and software company based in Phoenix, AZ, serving 800+ dealerships nationwide. We're looking for an organized, proactive Office Manager to help keep our team running smoothly as we continue to grow.
What You'll Do
Administrative & Office Operations
- Manage scheduling and calendar coordination for executives and leadership team meetings
- Order and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Manage vendor relationships (cleaning, IT equipment, maintenance, etc.)
- Handle facilities issues, repairs, and office maintenance coordination
- Manage mail, deliveries, and front-of-office responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate company events, team offsites, and client visits
Hiring & HR Support
- Coordinate new hire onboarding logistics (equipment setup, workspace prep, welcome materials)
- Screen incoming job applications against role requirements
- Schedule and coordinate interviews for department head and leadership candidates
- Support HR administrative tasks, including PTO tracking and benefits paperwork
- Maintain employee records and assist with policy documentation
General Operations Support
- Serve as the go-to point of contact for office-related questions and troubleshooting
- Support cross-departmental coordination as needed
- Take on additional projects and responsibilities as the company grows
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary: $60,000/year, based on experience
- 10 days of paid time off (PTO) per year
- Full-time, in-office position based in Phoenix, AZ
