Full Job Description:

Interior Design firm in Baltimore looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our 14-person creative team. Candidate must be proficient in Quick Books and Microsoft Office. Accounting background a plus. Must be highly organized and detail oriented. Looking for a people person who will be the first point of contact when clients and vendors call or visit our office. Minimum of 30 hours per week with flexible schedule and work hours.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Receivable
  • Accounts Payable
  • Manage and administrate Group Insurance, Unemployment, and Retirement Plan
  • Payroll and expense disbursement
  • Answer phone
  • Receive/process packages
  • Manage and order office supplies
  • Schedule deliveries

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Associate and/or bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant job experience considered
  • 3-5 years of office manager/bookkeeping experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills on the phone and in person
  • Valuable employee for the company requiring dependability and trustworthiness

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
