We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager/Accounting Clerk/Admin Asst. to help with the daily operations of our business. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative and accounting skills. This position requires the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and a commitment to maintaining a professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Manage correspondence between staff and customers.
- AR/AP, Payroll bi-monthly using Quickbooks.
- Assist with quoting new jobs.
- Assist with material ordering.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in Quickbooks.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent proofreading skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and team members
Hours 8-5pm M-F
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
