A highly regarded, boutique private investment firm is seeking an
Office Manager / Executive Assistant
to support a collaborative team of investment professionals while overseeing day-to-day office operations. This is a unique opportunity to join a lean, high-performing environment and play a key role in maintaining a polished, efficient, and well-run office.
Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to a small group of investment professionals, including calendar management, expense reporting, and ad hoc coordination

Oversee all aspects of office operations, including vendor management, supplies, facilities coordination, and overall office organization

Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related needs, ensuring a seamless and professional environment

Manage day-to-day logistics and anticipate team needs to maintain efficiency and flow

Assist with internal events, team initiatives, and special projects as needed

Partner with external vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality execution and cost efficiency

Opportunity to take on additional responsibilities over time, including involvement in CRM and research-related projects
Qualifications

5+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant and/or Office Manager capacity

Prior experience within private equity, credit, or financial services strongly preferred

Highly polished, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
