Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Engineer to support project operations by managing documentation, coordinating between teams, and ensuring smooth communication across all project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and manage project documents (drawings, reports, RFIs, submittals)
- Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and contractors
- Track project progress and maintain logs
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and reporting
- Ensure proper document control and filing systems
- Support project manager with administrative and technical tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil or related)
- 1–5 years of experience in construction or engineering projects
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in:
- AutoCAD
- Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of documentation processes and project workflows
