Office Messenger

The Office Messenger supports the daily operations of the dealership by handling document collection and delivery between showrooms, workshops, banks, RTA, insurance companies, and other government entities. The role ensures smooth processing of vehicle registration, invoicing, and other official documentation in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and submit vehicle-related documents to RTA, banks, insurance companies, and other authorities.
  • Deliver invoices, contracts, registration documents, and internal paperwork between departments (Sales, Service, Accounts, CRM).
  • Support the Sales team with vehicle registration and documentation processes.
  • Assist Accounts department with bank deposits and cheque collections.
  • Maintain proper tracking of all submitted and received documents.
  • Ensure confidentiality of customer and company information.
  • Support showroom administrative tasks when required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of company vehicle (if assigned).

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role (automotive industry preferred).
  • Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
  • Good knowledge of UAE roads, RTA procedures, and banking processes.
  • Basic English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Presentable, punctual, and trustworthy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
