Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Operations Admin, based in Giza. The Office Operations Admin will handle a range of tasks, including overseeing office administration, assisting with accounting and financial records, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting communication within the organization. The role also involves providing administrative assistance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, coordinating schedules, tracking office supplies, and maintaining organized records.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role or relevant environment.
  • Strong skills in Office Administration and Administrative Assistance to manage tasks effectively and support daily operations
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication to interact with clients and internal teams in a professional manner
  • Basic knowledge of operations to manage and support related office tasks
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools
