Key Role:

  • Calendar and Schedule Management: Proactively manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and advise directors on upcoming commitments and priorities.
  • Communication Handling: Screen and handle incoming communication (emails, phone calls) on behalf of the director, liaising with internal staff and external stakeholders.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize meetings, including booking rooms, preparing agendas, collating and circulating materials, and taking minutes.
  • Document Management: Prepare, edit, and format reports, presentations, and business documents. Maintain robust electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring confidentiality.
  • Project Assistance: Assist with project management, track deadlines, and oversee special projects as assigned by the director.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
