Brown & Brown is seeking an Office Operations & Executive Support Specialist to join our growing team in Milwaukee, WI!
This exciting and unique role combines executive support, office coordination, event planning, and marketing assistance into one dynamic role. It calls for exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, as well as a high level of professionalism and discretion.
We’re seeking an energetic, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently manage multiple priorities. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring seamless operations for our senior leadership team and the office, while fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture.
You’ll handle a variety of responsibilities, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, planning office events, preparing presentations, processing expense reports, ordering supplies, and safeguarding confidential information.
How You Will Contribute:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls, delivering a polished and professional experience.
  • Organize and coordinate office events, team meetings, and celebrations to foster engagement and collaboration.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives, including creating PowerPoint presentations and supporting internal communications.
  • Manage office supplies and vendor relationships to ensure a well-equipped and efficient workspace.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Support day-to-day office operations and special projects as needed.
Skills & Experience to Be Successful:
  • Previous experience in administrative support, office coordination, or event planning preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Energetic, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities.
