Office Receptionist
to support our regional office and contribute to the continued success of Genesis across the Middle East and Africa.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist visitors with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude

Serve as the first point of contact for guests, clients, and employees

Handle incoming calls and emails courteously and efficiently

Manage meeting room reservations and front-desk schedules

Maintain a presentable and welcoming reception area

Provide general administrative and office support as required

Professional and presentable appearance suitable for a corporate environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic proficiency in MS Office and office systems

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in receptionist, front-desk, or customer service roles

Experience working in a corporate or multinational environment

Basic to intermediate English communication skills preferred
