A management consulting and professional services firm operating in the Business & Management Consulting sector in the United Arab Emirates. We provide administrative, operational, and client-facing support to corporate and government stakeholders across the region. Position: Administrative Secretary (On-site, UAE) delivering high-quality front-office and back-office administrative services.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Operate the front desk: greet visitors, manage check-ins, and maintain a professional reception area.
  • Field and route incoming calls and emails; perform triage and follow up with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Manage executive calendars: schedule meetings, coordinate meeting rooms, prepare agendas and meeting materials.
  • Maintain accurate document control: prepare, format, file, scan, and archive correspondence, reports, and contracts.
  • Coordinate travel and logistics: arrange flights, accommodation, local transport and prepare itineraries and expense documentation.
  • Support office operations: process procurement requests, manage supplies, assist with basic bookkeeping and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
