Administrative Secretary
(On-site, UAE) delivering high-quality front-office and back-office administrative services.
Role & Responsibilities

Operate the front desk: greet visitors, manage check-ins, and maintain a professional reception area.

Field and route incoming calls and emails; perform triage and follow up with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Manage executive calendars: schedule meetings, coordinate meeting rooms, prepare agendas and meeting materials.

Maintain accurate document control: prepare, format, file, scan, and archive correspondence, reports, and contracts.

Coordinate travel and logistics: arrange flights, accommodation, local transport and prepare itineraries and expense documentation.

Support office operations: process procurement requests, manage supplies, assist with basic bookkeeping and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
