Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Office Secretary to manage our daily administrative operations and provide basic accounting support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our office while ensuring our financial records remain organized.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative: Greeting clients, answering phones, managing mail, and maintaining filing systems.
- Scheduling: Coordinating meetings and managing the office calendar.
- Basic Accounts: Processing invoices, tracking expenses, and assisting with basic data entry in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or Excel).
- Documentation: Preparing reports, memos, and financial statements as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Secretary or Administrative Assistant.
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or accounting principles (Accounts Payable/Receivable).
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- High school diploma; a certificate in Business Administration or Accounting is a plus.
