Salary: 3,500 QAR
Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, presentable, and organized Administration, Reception & Event Executive to support our growing business operations. The role involves reception handling, vendor coordination, customer outreach, event support, data research, and basic accounts handling.

The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, fluent in English, organized, and able to multitask in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Reception & Front Desk

  • Welcome customers and visitors at the shop professionally
  • Handle walk-in customer inquiries
  • Provide information about company services
  • Maintain visitor records and customer database
  • Ensure reception and customer area is organized and presentable

Administration & Coordination

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Maintain records, vendor databases, and customer information
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
  • Support office documentation and filing

Vendor & Supplier Coordination

  • Call vendors and suppliers to collect information and quotations
  • Maintain vendor relationships and follow-ups
  • Source new vendors and service providers
  • Compare vendor pricing and services

Customer Outreach & Business Promotion

  • Call potential customers to promote company services
  • Follow up with leads and inquiries
  • Maintain customer database and communication records
  • Assist in business development activities

Website & Data Research

  • Search and collect relevant data for company website
  • Research market trends and competitor information
  • Assist in preparing company content and listings

Event Support

  • Assist in planning and execution of events
  • Coordinate with vendors for event requirements
  • Support event logistics and follow-ups

Accounts Support

  • Basic accounts handling
  • Maintain expense records
  • Assist in invoicing and payment follow-ups

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (Mandatory)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Excel)
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills
  • Presentable and professional personality
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Prior experience in admin, reception, or events preferred
