Job Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:

Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical assistance to the executive, ensuring smooth daily operations.

  • Scheduling & Calendar Management:

Organize and maintain the executive’s calendar by scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.

  • Communication Handling:

Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and official letters, maintaining confidentiality at all times.

  • Meeting Coordination:

Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and ensure timely distribution of meeting notes and follow-up actions.

  • Document Preparation:

Draft, format, and proofread official documents, reports, and presentations as directed by the executive.

  • Record Keeping:

Maintain organized files and records (both digital and physical) to ensure easy retrieval of important documents.

  • Travel Arrangements:

Handle flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa arrangements, and travel itineraries for the executive.

  • Confidentiality Management:

Safeguard sensitive company and personal information related to the executive and business operations.

  • Coordination with Departments:

Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive for smooth communication and workflow.

  • Task Prioritization:

Assist in prioritizing and following up on pending issues, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.

Experience: 2 years of experience.

Education: Bachelor's in relevant field.
