Job Title: Office Setup / Fit-Out Consultant – Mall

Job Summary
The Office Setup / Fit-Out Consultant is responsible for coordinating and managing the setup of office or back-office spaces within mall environments. This role ensures that all fit-out activities comply with mall regulations, timelines, and approved designs, while coordinating with vendors, contractors, and mall management for smooth execution.
Key Responsibilities1. Office & Fit-Out Setup
- Coordinate the setup of office or back-office spaces within mall premises.
- Ensure layout, furniture, electrical, IT, and utility setups are completed as per approved plans.
- Supervise fit-out works including partitions, flooring, lighting, and signage.
2. Mall Management Coordination
- Liaise with mall management for fit-out approvals, permits, and access passes.
- Ensure compliance with mall fit-out guidelines, safety standards, and timelines.
- Coordinate inspections and approvals for handover.
3. Vendor & Contractor Management
- Coordinate with contractors, fit-out vendors, IT providers, and suppliers.
- Monitor work quality, progress, and timelines.
- Ensure materials and workmanship meet company standards.
4. Budget & Timeline Control
- Monitor setup budgets and control costs.
- Ensure project completion within approved timelines.
- Report delays, risks, or cost overruns to management.
5. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain all fit-out drawings, approvals, and completion documents.
- Prepare progress reports and final handover documents.
- Ensure as-built drawings and warranties are collected.
6. Health, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and mall regulations.
- Coordinate safety inductions and permits for contractors.

Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in office or retail fit-out projects, preferably in malls.
- Strong knowledge of mall fit-out processes and approvals.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
