We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Worker to join our team. Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients at the front desk with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and maintaining excellent phone etiquette
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for document creation, editing, and communication
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings for staff or executives
- Handle customer support inquiries via phone or email, providing prompt assistance
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order as needed to ensure operational continuity
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Support office management tasks such as organizing files, preparing reports, and managing correspondence
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
- Strong computer literacy and familiarity with office management software like QuickBooks
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
- Bilingual abilities are a plus for communicating with diverse clients or staff
- Previous office or clerical experience preferred, including data entry and filing tasks
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail for proofreading documents
- Experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is advantageous but not required
- Personal assistant or calendar management experience is beneficial for supporting executive needs
