We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team long term. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily office operations, ensuring that our administrative functions run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent customer service abilities, and proficiency in various office management tasks. The Office Assistant will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, making a positive impression essential. Must be flexible if we need you to work another shift every once in a while. However, you would not go over 40 hours a week.
