We are looking for a dedicated and organized Office Staff to manage purchasing, human resources, and administrative tasks for our restaurant. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling vendor relations, HR operations, and daily office management to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:1. Purchase Management

  • Identify and maintain relationships with suppliers for food, beverages, and kitchen essentials.
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts to optimize costs.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
  • Verify received goods against invoices and quality standards.
  • Maintain purchase records and update supplier databases.

2. Human Resources (HR) Management

  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and documentation of new employees.
  • Manage attendance, payroll processing, and staff schedules.
  • Address employee concerns and maintain a positive workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and HR policies.
  • Organize training programs for staff skill enhancement.

3. Administrative Support

  • Oversee office operations, including documentation, filing, and correspondence.
  • Manage restaurant licenses, permits, and renewals.
  • Handle petty cash, expense tracking, and office supply management.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Assist in preparing reports, including financial summaries and operational updates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
