If you have experience in healthcare administration, HR onboarding, or staffing coordination—and love working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment—this is your chance to shine!

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate staffing schedules, applicant tracking, and interviews
• Manage new hire onboarding, including background checks and credential verification
• Facilitate employee orientation and maintain HR documentation
• Keep personnel files accurate and update HR systems
• Support payroll, benefits, and employee data changes
• Assist with contractor onboarding and compliance paperwork
• Monitor license and certification renewals for regulatory compliance
• Provide support for injury reporting and investigations
• Troubleshoot HRIS and payroll system issues

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years of office or administrative experience (healthcare or HR preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Typing speed of 35 WPM with 80% accuracy
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
