About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Assistant who is fluent in Dutch, French, or German and possesses strong knowledge of Belgian Labor Law. The ideal candidate will support HR operations, recruitment activities, employee relations, and compliance requirements for our Belgium-based workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Ensure compliance with Belgian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Support the preparation and review of employment contracts and HR policies.
- Coordinate employee attendance, leave management, and performance documentation.
- Handle employee queries and provide HR administrative support.
- Liaise with management regarding HR matters and compliance issues.
- Assist with disciplinary procedures and employee relations matters.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Pay: Up to Rs150,000.00 per month
