Office/Operations Manager

The Role: The Operational Backbone

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented HR & Operations Manager to serve as the central operational hub for Zactonz Technologies. This is a pivotal, high-impact role. You will ensure that our internal infrastructure—both human and physical—is flawlessly optimized to support our rapidly growing tech development teams. You will act as a key manager, proactively solving issues and enforcing processes so our engineers can focus purely on building the future.

Core Responsibilities

  • HR Management: Own the full employee lifecycle, including payroll support, compliance documentation, and records maintenance.
  • Policy & Compliance: Implement and enforce company standards and procedures to ensure operational consistency across all departments.
  • Facility Operations: Manage all aspects of the physical office environment, proactively coordinating maintenance, utilities, and vendor services to ensure zero downtime.
  • Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and drive efficiency improvements in internal workflows, bridging administrative needs with business goals.

What We Are Looking For (Must-Haves)

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a blended role covering both dedicated HR Administration AND comprehensive Office/Facilities Management.
  • Technical Fluency: Familiarity with the pace and demands of a fast-paced technology environment.
  • Ownership Mentality: A highly proactive, self-starting individual who anticipates needs rather than waiting for tasks.
  • Problem-Solving: Proven ability to manage diverse vendors, handle unforeseen crises calmly, and implement sustainable, cost-effective solutions under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
