JOB PURPOSE:

To oversee the administrative and financial operations at the RDMC Institute in Nokkundi, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and procedures. This role will support daily administrative tasks, maintain financial records and reporting, coordinate procurement activities, and serve as a liaison with the Central Administration and Finance teams.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Administrative Responsibilities:

· Manage administrative operations at the institute level, including oversight of facilities, assets, and logistics.

· Ensure proper implementation of safety, security, and maintenance protocols.

· Maintain comprehensive documentation and records related to administration, procurement, and inventory.

· Coordinate local procurement activities in compliance with THF policies and procedures.

· Arrange travel and accommodation for staff and visiting personnel.

· Serve as a point of contact for vendors, contractors, and service providers, as needed.

· Support the planning and coordination of events, meetings, and training sessions.

Accounts Responsibilities:

· Handle daily financial record-keeping and manage petty cash operations.

· Process payments, invoices, and staff reimbursements efficiently and on time.

· Ensure all financial transactions are accurately documented and properly filed.

· Contribute to the preparation and timely submission of monthly financial reports to the Central Finance team.

· Support audit activities and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

· Collaborate with the Central Finance team for fund requests, disbursements, and financial reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
