Corporate
- Support and conduct the affairs of the function with the highest standards of respect, integrity, accountability, agility, quality, safety and corporate governance
- Support the development of KSA national employees across the function to support corporate objectives, Saudization targets and lead the knowledge dissemination culture to ensure optimal building of internal capabilities and maximize their performance
- Ensure compliance with Code of Ethics policy and adopting company values across all function’s employees and provide leadership to reinforce a strong people culture and ethical business practices
- Enhance adoption and utilization of systems and ERP
- Track assigned KPIs
Functional
- Conduct communications with potential governmental clients for targeted opportunities as assigned by BD&M Manager
- Establish relations with assigned governmental clients
- Maintain relations with assigned governmental clients
- Support communications with assigned clients during pre-bid, bid, and post bid stages
- Contribute to PR activities including exhibitions preparations, representation, guests hosting, etc.
- Contribute to market presence of El Seif in media i.e. articles and news in newspapers, magazines, websites
- Contribute to liaise with the media regarding any media releases related to El Seif
- Conduct works as instructed by the BD&M Manager
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Business Development or client relations in a similar size operations to ESEC
- Proficient in English and Arabic
- Proficient in MS Office Suites
