Officer Compliance

Position: Officer – Compliance Location: Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh Experience Required: 2+ Years (Real Estate liasioning & Regulatory Compliance) Role Overview The Officer – Compliance will be responsible for managing statutory approvals, regulatory liasioning, and compliance documentation for real estate projects in Prayagraj. The role requires coordination with government bodies, ensuring timely approvals, and maintaining adherence to RERA and local development authority regulations. Key Responsibilities ● Liaison with UP RERA, Prayagraj Development Authority (PDA), TnCP/Local Planning Authorities, and other statutory bodies. ● Manage approvals related to coloniser licenses, land use permissions, layout approvals, and project registrations. ● Coordinate documentation and compliance with TILR, revenue authorities, and municipal corporations. ● Ensure adherence to all statutory compliance timelines and documentation standards. ● Track approval status and proactively follow up with authorities. ● Support legal, sales, and project teams with compliance inputs. ● Maintain accurate records of approvals, licenses, and regulatory correspondence. ● Ensure projects comply with environmental, safety, and local building regulations. Required Skills & Qualifications ● Graduate/Postgraduate (Law, Planning, Real Estate, or related field preferred). ● Minimum 2 years experience in real estate compliance or liasioning. ● Strong understanding of RERA regulations, coloniser approvals, and land compliance processes. ● Familiarity with local government procedures in Uttar Pradesh. ● Good stakeholder management and negotiation skills. ● Strong documentation and follow-up abilities. Preferred Attributes ● Experience with plotted developments or residential township approvals. ● Exposure to multi-agency approval coordination. ● Ability to work independently under timelines.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
