Officer – Control Room (CCTV Operator)

• Monitor CCTV cameras and related security systems to detect and respond to any suspicious or unauthorized activity.
• Maintain detailed records of incidents, observations, and routine checks.
• Coordinate with on-ground security teams for immediate response to incidents.
• Ensure all cameras and recording equipment are functioning correctly and report malfunctions immediately.
• Retrieve and review footage when required for investigations or audits.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with company security protocols and procedures.
• Support in emergency situations through effective communication and coordination.
• Prepare and submit daily monitoring and incident reports to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum Intermediate - (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• At least 1–2 years of experience in CCTV operations or security control room monitoring.
