Purpose:
To support the end-to-end credit administration process for commercial vehicle financing, ensuring timely disbursements, proper documentation, compliance with credit policies, and portfolio monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:

Review and verify credit proposals in line with internal credit policies and regulatory requirements

Ensure completeness and accuracy of customer documentation prior to loan disbursement

Coordinate with Credit Risk, Sales, and Operations teams for timely processing of cases

Maintain proper record-keeping and safe custody of all credit files and legal documents

Monitor approved limits, disbursement conditions and compliance with approved terms

Assist in preparation of credit reports, portfolio reviews and audit requirements

Ensure adherence to internal controls, SOPs and regulatory guidelines

Support in handling exceptions, discrepancies and escalations related to credit cases

Track and manage disbursement pipelines for commercial vehicle finance cases

Liaise with external parties (e.g., vendors, legal, insurance) where required
Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field

1–3 years of relevant experience in credit administration or banking operations

Strong understanding of credit documentation and loan processing

Good analytical, coordination and organizational skills

Proficiency in MS Office and banking systems
