Officer Deliveries - Finished Goods

The Officer - Deliveries will be responsible for managing and supervising the timely dispatch of finished goods from the warehouse/store to branches, clients, and third-party locations. The role requires ensuring accurate documentation, proper stock handling, coordination with logistics teams, and maintaining dispatch records in compliance with company procedures. Immediate joiners are highly desired.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supervise the dispatch of finished goods to branches, clients, and third-party locations.
  • Prepare, verify, and maintain dispatch documentation including challans, invoices, delivery notes, and gate passes.
  • Ensure the correct products, quantities, and packaging are dispatched according to approved delivery orders.
  • Conduct final physical verification of goods before loading to ensure accuracy and quality compliance.
  • Maintain daily dispatch logs, loading records, and delivery tracking reports.
  • Coordinate with branch/store managers regarding delivery schedules, urgent requirements, shortages, and dispatch status.
  • Monitor drivers and loaders to ensure smooth, efficient, and timely deliveries.
  • Immediately report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the Warehouse/Store Supervisor.
  • Support FIFO/FEFO stock issuance practices to maintain product freshness and shelf-life standards.
  • Assist in monthly stock reconciliations, dispatch summaries, and inventory movement reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and warehouse procedures during dispatch operations.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by management to support operational and departmental objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in dispatch, warehouse, logistics, or store operations, preferably in FMCG or food manufacturing.
  • Good knowledge of dispatch documentation and inventory handling procedures.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Excel will be an advantage.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple dispatch activities efficiently.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
