Officer - Driver Operations

Job Summary: This role is open for BOLT Dubai

The role is responsible for supporting our driver operations, ensuring balance in our supply-demand marketplace, and helping to optimize the experience for our driver partners.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in driver acquisition efforts, including onboarding, training, and compliance checks.
• Engage with driver partners to understand their needs and challenges, providing excellent support and timely resolution to their queries.
• Execute retention and engagement initiatives, such as reward programs, surveys, and communication campaigns.
• Work with cross-functional teams to streamline driver-facing processes and improve the driver experience.
• Collect, clean, and analyze data to generate insights for operational improvements.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics.
• Identify and address bottlenecks in driver and marketplace workflows, proposing scalable solutions.
• Structuring driver training content and hosting driver training sessions to enable drivers to perform as per platform guidelines.
• Participate in local and regional projects to test and implement new operational Strategies

Job Requirements:

Education:

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent is required.
• A master’s degree in business administration or equivalent is a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience, with at least 3 years in operations, logistics, or a fast-paced startup environment. (preferably in mobility, tech, or e-commerce sectors is a plus)
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic familiarity with data tools (SQL, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus)..
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with driver partners and internal teams.
