Officer - E-Commerce

We are hiring "Officer - E Commerce Operations" with 2-3 years core working experience in E-Commerce operations preferably in retail sector.

Location: Clifton, Karachi

Required Qualification & Skills:

• Bachelors in Business related field (B.Com / BBA)
• Hands-on experience in online selling platforms / POS system (shopify, magento etc)
• Data entry related to E-commerce and Microsoft AX operations
• Monitor and Manage Order status, fulfilment and after sales service and thereby resolve all Customer issues promptly and effectively.
• Updating website for Stocks, Categories and Price Adjustments, Uploading of New Titles, etc.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc)
• Good English verbal and written communications skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
