Officer - HR Operations

  • Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation processes
  • Maintain employee personal files, HR records, and database accurately
  • Coordinate attendance, leave records, shifts, and biometric data
  • Prepare HR letters including confirmation, experience, transfer, and warning letters
  • Assist in payroll inputs by coordinating attendance, overtime, and employee data
  • Support resignation, clearance, and final settlement documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures
  • Respond to employee queries regarding HR operations and policies
  • Prepare HR operational reports and maintain documentation records
  • Coordinate with different departments for smooth HR operations

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
