- Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation processes
- Maintain employee personal files, HR records, and database accurately
- Coordinate attendance, leave records, shifts, and biometric data
- Prepare HR letters including confirmation, experience, transfer, and warning letters
- Assist in payroll inputs by coordinating attendance, overtime, and employee data
- Support resignation, clearance, and final settlement documentation
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR operations and policies
- Prepare HR operational reports and maintain documentation records
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth HR operations
Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
