Officer - HR Operations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee records and maintain HR databases.
  • Process employee onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and separations.
  • Ensure timely preparation of HR-related letters and documentation.
  • Coordinate attendance, leave management, and employee data updates.
  • Support payroll inputs and ensure accuracy of employee information.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support to the HR department.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of relevant HR Operations experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
