Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee records and maintain HR databases.
- Process employee onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and separations.
- Ensure timely preparation of HR-related letters and documentation.
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, and employee data updates.
- Support payroll inputs and ensure accuracy of employee information.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support to the HR department.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- 1–3 years of relevant HR Operations experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
