Officer HR (Talent Acquisition & Payroll)

Position: Officer HR - TA & Payroll

Location: Karachi

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day recruitment activities, including job postings, sourcing, CV screening, and interview coordination.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and follow up on interview availability and required documentation.
  • Assist in day-to-day payroll operations, including employee Insurance, EOBI, PF, and related processes.
  • Assist employees with payroll, benefits, and HR policy-related queries on a daily basis.
  • Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires, including documentation and induction scheduling.
  • Ensure employee personal files are complete, accurate, and up to date.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (BBA/MBA), or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment support roles and Payroll assessment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software (FlowHCM experience will be preferred).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
