Overview
Riyadh Air (RX), headquartered in the Saudi Capital, is the new national airline building a digitally native operation to connect the kingdom to more than 100 destinations. This role delivers seamless HR support to enable a high performing workforce in a fast growing airline.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive HR services and support to operational departments, ensuring efficient day-to-day HR delivery, compliance with labour laws, and alignment with organisational values and objectives.
- Act as a key point of contact for line managers and employees, advising on HR policies, procedures and employee-related matters while supporting a consistent and professional employee experience.
- Support the development, implementation and communication of HR policies and guidelines, ensuring alignment with organisational culture and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with Payroll, Recruitment and Government Relations teams to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations.
- Support performance management processes, prepare and draft official employee documentation, and contribute to engagement initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive working environment.
- Represent HR in investigation meetings, prepare detailed reports and documentation, and ensure all processes are handled with confidentiality, accuracy and professionalism.
- Contribute to delivering a responsive and reliable HR function within a dynamic and evolving organisation through effective coordination and strong interpersonal engagement.

About You
- Degree qualified, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience, ideally within aviation, hospitality or a fast-paced, growing organisation.
- Sound understanding of HR practices and labour legislation, with the ability to advise stakeholders confidently and professionally.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a high level of discretion and professionalism, and the ability to manage employee matters with sensitivity and care.
- Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is considered an advantage, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
