Officer III - Administration (Kuwaiti Nationals)

Job description:

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the organization.
  • Handle employee’s visa renewal, new joiners visa issuance and separated employee’s visa cancellation.
  • Ensure all local authority company’s licenses are renewed on time.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient processes.
  • Implement best practices and standard operating procedures for administrative tasks.
  • Lead efforts to maintain and improve office facilities, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and functional environment.
  • Ensure high quality of services provided to all Kuwait Steel employees including but not limited to Catering, Cleaning, Clinic, gardening, accommodation, and transportation services.
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers for facility maintenance and repairs.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
  • Assist in budget planning and allocation for administrative and general service functions.
  • Monitor expenses, review financial reports, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate invoicing and financial compliance.
  • Analyse existing processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead initiatives to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce operational bottlenecks.
  • Implement changes and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Oversee and manage special projects related to administrative and general service functions.
  • Develop project plans, allocate resources, track progress, and ensure timely completion.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Implement and enforce health and safety measures within the organization.
  • Collect and analyse data to generate reports and insights for management decision-making.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on administrative and general service activities.


Job Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in administrative and general service roles.
