Main Responsibilities of the Job
- Understand customer requirements and ensure accurate execution of dispatch commitments.
- Provide backend support to the sales team to help achieve company sales and dispatch targets.
- Maintain smooth liaison with internal departments and external agencies such as insurance providers, transporters, and taxation-related authorities to ensure smooth operations.
Performance & Results Expected (Qualitative and Quantitative)
- Organize and plan daily and weekly dispatch activities by coordinating closely with the sales team to ensure the correct materials are delivered on time.
- Plan and manage delivery routes and schedules on a regular basis to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
- Control outbound transportation to ensure cost-effective, efficient, and safe dispatch of cargo loads.
- Coordinate regularly with logistics and transport companies for vehicle arrangement as per customer requirements and to negotiate better pricing.
- Ensure all materials are properly checked and inspected before dispatch to avoid shortages, damages, or errors.
- Prepare, verify, and maintain all documentation required for cargo movement, including invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and transport documents.
- Track and monitor cargo movement and proactively resolve transit-related issues.
- Check and cross-verify incoming materials from the production department as per dispatch plans and records.
- Ensure all logistics-related documents are properly filed, recorded, and maintained in systems for traceability and audit purposes.
- Maintain effective coordination with yard supervisors and loading teams to ensure smooth and safe loading operations.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for customer payment confirmation and dispatch clearance.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to customers, maintaining high service levels and customer satisfaction.
- Control inventory by implementing proper production and dispatch scheduling to avoid excess stock or shortages.
- Maintain proper housekeeping of the yard, ensuring systematic arrangement, safety, and smooth material movement. Qualification:- BCom with any PG
- Age:- 25-32
- Experience: 4-7 years in Logistics with thorough knowledge of transport management and yard
- management.
- Skills: Smart, dynamic, vendor management, flexible, self-driven and good in Tally software, MS Excel,
- Word & PPT
- Excellent Communication Skills (Fluent in English, Hindi & local language)
- Location: - Candidate should be based at Nashik & surrounding city
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
