Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and administration
- Manage office staff, schedules, and workflow
- Coordinate meetings, events, and official correspondence
- Maintain office supplies, records, and documentation
- Ensure smooth communication between departments
- Implement office policies and procedures
- Support management in administrative and operational tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 3–5 years experience in office management or administration
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and office management software
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
