Officer - Marina Operations Support

Implementation of the best Practices, Processes, Procedures in marina operations.


  • Responsibilities: Core Responsibilities:

    Supervise marina operations, ensuring efficient management of maintenance, repair, security, and custodial services.

    Manage budgeting, cost tracking, and preparation of reports, while optimizing resource utilization.

    Oversee permits, licenses, contractor selection, and administration of service agreements and contracts.

    Implement quality control and LEAN practices to enhance performance, safety, and service standards.

    Coordinate with internal teams, government entities, and strategic partners to support operations and projects, including Al Dhafra region.

    Monitor facility standards, conduct site audits, and ensure compliance with cleanliness, safety, and operational policies.

    Manage tenant relations, including leasing processes, contract renewals, complaints resolution, and customer satisfaction initiatives.

    Support commercial activities by tracking occupancy, maintaining leasing records, coordinating marketing efforts, and improving tenant retention.


Qualifications: Educational and Technical Qualifications:

Secondary School

Language Skills:

Arabic & English

Years of Experience:

A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience

Nature of Experience:

Marina management or relevant maritime facilities management experience
