Job Description

• Conduct cold calls to prospective customers to generate new business leads.
• Perform secondary research to gather and analyze data for identifying potential business opportunities.
• Follow up with debtors to ensure timely receipt of outstanding payments.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, pre bid and post bid comments, bid bonds, performance bond guarantees and perform all operational tasks related to tender submission.
• Deal with all customer enquiries in a professional manner and timely resolve all queries.
• Coordinate with the production and supply chain department to obtain information related to stock levels of work-in-process and finished goods.
• Maintain complete documentation of marketing and sales department including updated client profiles, ongoing, completed and rejected projects, etc.
• Prepare reports for the management including monthly marketing and sales report, invoice status report, dispatch status report, etc.
• Manage downstream logistics.
• Implement API/QHSE procedures and ensure product/process quality.
• Ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
