Officer Operation Sales

Job description

The Officer Operation Sales will be responsible for assisting the sales team with various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth sales operations, and enhancing customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist sales representatives in managing their schedules, preparing proposals, and following up with clients.
  • Handle order entry and tracking, ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders.
  • Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, providing information and addressing concerns.
  • Maintain and update the customer database, sales records, and reports to track sales performance.
  • Generate and analyze sales reports to provide insights to management and identify trends.
  • Organize sales meetings, events, and training sessions, ensuring all logistics are managed effectively.
  • Work closely with other departments, including marketing and finance, to streamline processes and improve customer experience.
  • Assist in gathering market intelligence and competitor analysis to support sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical engineering is highly desired.
  • Previous experience in a sales support/tracking or administrative role within the chemical industry is required .
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
