Officer Production

About this Position: The person will be responsible for Batch processing, maintaining productivity and filling process as per the daily production schedule, ensure effective implementation and monitoring of the daily production plan and Ensure production as per requirement Quality standard.

What you´ll do:

• Supervise subordinate & collaborate with employees in the plant for smooth production
• Ensure adherence to Henkel SHE standards, responsible for productivity, maintenance, SHE for entire plant
• Follow standard operating procedures to process the batch, RM charging, Critical parameters check, filling process follow with standard packing material.
• Carry out the palletization as per production schedule and pull the pick list & process orders form SAP to make the batches ready as per schedule.
• Operate all material handling equipment and machines and production equipment safely in accordance with instructions
• Facilitate timely execution of the plant equipment maintenance as per procedures
• Implementing policies & procedures and recommending improvements in production methods/equipment/working conditions, Responsible for supervising the daily manufacturing operations carried out in all three shifts.
• Implement the quality standards and procedures at the plant and adhere to Henkel QSHE standards,
• Action to achieve site and regional KPI. Also responsible for day-to-day housekeeping and lean system.
• Plant startup /shutdown of all machinery as per checklist.
  
  

What makes you a good fit:

• Minimum 4 years of work experience
• Diploma in chemical engineering
• Experience in PLC/DCS handling, chemical process operation handling,
• Safety & quality self-driver.
