Officer Purchase

Key Responsibilities

• Supplier Management:Identify, assess, and build relationships with new and existing suppliers.
• Purchase Order Management:Process purchase requisitions, place purchase orders, and monitor them to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordination:Work closely with production and engineering departments to align purchasing with their needs and support factory operations.
• Financial Analysis:Conduct cost evaluations and aim to achieve annual savings on material purchases.
• Logistics & Delivery:Ensure efficient freight logistics and oversee cargo inspection and timely delivery of goods.
• Record Keeping:Enter and maintain details such as prices, shipping dates, and delivery dates in the company's ERP system.
• Quality Assurance:Monitor deliveries to ensure quality standards are met.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
