Officer Quality Control

Roshan Packages is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Inspector to join our Corrugation Plant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting physical testing, inspecting quality parameters across the production process, and ensuring product compliance with customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality inspection and testing at the converting section (e.g., printing, BCT, box formation).
• Monitor and ensure compliance with BHS parameters like temperature, glue viscosity, and iodine.
• Issue defect reports to concerned departments when necessary.
• Maintain all relevant inspection records and documentation accurately.
• Conduct root cause analysis and suggest corrective actions on quality issues.
• Ensure customer specifications are met throughout the manufacturing process.
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives within the quality control system.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or relevant discipline.
• minimum 2 years of experience in QC/QA in corrugation or packaging industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of physical and converting testing methods.
• Familiar with ISO standards and quality compliance procedures.
• Attention to detail with excellent analytical and reporting skills.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
