Administrative Support
- Manage correspondence related to quality and safety matters, including emails, letters, and memos, and ensuring timely responses, quality and appropriate follow-ups.
- Manage the day-to-day activities in the office and ensure the conditions of the equipment.
- Prepare and maintain templates and forms for the Quality & Safety section.
- Monitor and manage the work of Management of change documentation in coordination with other ANS various departments.
Communication
- Collaborate with the business units to ensure the timely completion of quality and safety-related tasks and initiatives by distributing information, announcements, and memos to relevant staff members.
- Support internal and external stakeholders by addressing their queries and providing assistance as needed.
- Assist in organizing internal and external events, such as conferences, seminars, meetings, and team-building activities.
- Coordination with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate, plan and facilitate the section’s daily operations activities.
Document Management
- Maintain and update quality and safety-related documents, digital filling systems and ensuring confidentiality an easy retrieval of documents.
- Assist in the development and formatting of reports, presentations, and other documentation related to quality and safety.
K NOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
A university degree in business administration or equivalent with 2 years’ experience in administration management.
