Officer, Security
- Lead and supervise Group Leader and security staff to ensure consistent enforcement of security policies.
- Oversee access control, monitoring entry and exit points, and ensuring proper authorization.
- Conduct site-wide inspections and risk assessments to prevent security breaches.
- Respond to major security incidents and emergencies, providing directions to on-site staff.
- Review and approve daily security logs, reports, and incident documentation.
- Coordinate security activities with other departments, management, and external authorities.
- Recommend security improvements, disciplinary actions, or corrective measures as necessary.
- Supervise access control points, gates, and CCTV monitoring operations.
- Ensure adherence to company security procedures, standards, and regulations across all shifts.
- Act on behalf of the Security Manager when assigned or during absence.
